Although I know the mantra “no pain, no gain” is not a universal truth, my 24 years of martial arts training often deceives me into pushing past the pain instead of listening to it. Well today I listened and I’m glad I did. Thank you Jeff at Tri-Covery Massage & Flexibility for making me feel 100% better so that I can continue teaching, training and transforming boys into comprehensive men of the Most High! I tell you the truth, earlier I could not squat to pick up a pencil without pain, now I can pain free!

Yes the path to success will take us through many physical challenges, but trust me, we do not have to live with the pain to make gains!
