CR3โs Self-Care Experience!
Here are some highlights from our partnership with CR3โs Self-Care experience! ๐โฃ
โฃ
This past weekend, for ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ days, @dinahmsw facilitated a healing experience for some of our employees, parents, and community members connected to The Yunion. โฃ
โฃ
They started with a Self-Care Circle, where Dinah took them through an โexperiential trainingโ, where they practiced a series of self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion exercises to help calm their brain and care for their bodies; all while enjoying some aromatherapy! โฃ

It was all about them, we catered to our team and community because they deserve healing and happiness! ๐โฃ
