Last month, we touched on some of our favorite books for parents, as well as what foods to stay away from for our kids. So in honor of it being the first week of spring, we want to talk about… As spring approaches, our weather will begin to warm up, which means it’s easier to get outside and be active! โ˜€๏ธ Here are a few easy outdoor activities to do as a family:โฃโฃโฃโฃ 1๏ธโƒฃ. ๐˜Ž๐˜ฐ ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ข ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ฌ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ช๐˜ฌ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ – Walk or bike ride to somewhere fun or just around the neighborhood. A photo scavenger hunt is a great way to keep your teen busy while outside. If you have tech-savvy kids, this is a wonderful way to get them exploring outside while tapping into their interests. โฃโฃโฃ3๏ธโƒฃ. ๐˜‹๐˜ฐ ๐˜ข ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฑ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ณ ๐˜›๐˜ช๐˜ฌ ๐˜›๐˜ฐ๐˜ฌ/๐˜š๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜”๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ข ๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ – As our teens tend to spend most for their time on social media, why not combine that with spending time with them outside? Itโ€™s okay if you have two left feet, itโ€™s about engaging your teen and having fun in the process!โฃโฃโฃWhat was your favorite outside activity growing up? Maybe itโ€™s something youโ€™d like to do with your family? Share some ideas in the comments!๐Ÿ‘‡
